This site is intentionally simple: no accounts, no tracking pixels, no ad networks. Here's what we do handle.
Website
This is a static site. We don't set cookies or run analytics scripts that identify you. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operations.
If you email us at [email protected], we use your message and address only to respond to you.
Client data
Files shared for a sample triage or a deduction-desk engagement — deduction and claim exports, purchase orders, invoices, and shipment documents such as ASNs and BOLs — are used only to prepare your deliverable. Specifically:
- They are never used for training, benchmarking, marketing, or any other client's work.
- They are stored in the studio's private, access-controlled workspace, and are never loaded into a client-facing platform or multi-tenant tool.
- They are deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends — sooner on request — and deletion can be confirmed in writing.
- Where AI tools assist with classification or drafting, they run on paid plans configured so client data is excluded from model training. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it reaches you.
- Vendor Central credentials are never requested, and no disputes are submitted on a client's behalf.
- A mutual NDA is available before any files are shared.
